Can’t control your own theromstat FROZEN
Condo is very nice. Location is great. But we had to stay wrapped up in multiple layers to stay warm. The theromstat was set on 67 and the outside temps ranged 9 - 50 degrees during our entire stay. We could not control what the theromstat was set on. I messaged Anna upon our early checkin and she remotely set the theromstat to 70, which was fine as it was around 12 noon on a sunny 50 degree day. However, it didn’t stay at 70 long. Apparently it defaults back to 67 after a period of time. The weather turned bitter cold and snowing. We turned on the fireplace that is really an infrared heater, not gas logs, but that stilled didn’t warm up the condo. At night we had to put extra blankets on the bed and still woke up cold. Also the curtains in the master bedroom need to be thicker, blackout curtains. They were so thin you could see straight through them. Someone on the balcony of the condo that’s right next to the master window could see in easily. All the lights outside made it so bright in the bedroom we had to find a thin blanket to drape over the curtain rod in order for it to be dark enough to sleep and to give us some privacy from the neighbors. Also the refrig wasn’t working correctly. It was already set on the lowest setting but it barely keep our drinks cool, not cold. Last issue that isn’t Anna’s fault but was still a problem for us, the folks in condo 2003 were remodeling at 11pm. I went out and asked them to stop but it was midnight before it stop.
