On jopa koko talon surround-äänentoistojärjestelmä, joka on sininen hammaskykyinen, cd-yhteensopiva ja radioyhteensopiva. Keittiössä on viininjäähdytin, astianpesukone, keittoliesi, mikroaaltouuni, Ninja Coffee Bar Station, Drink Blender ja jääkaappi. Keittiöalueella on suuri baari, jossa on 2 baaria ja ruokailualue, jossa on pöytä ja 6 tuolia. Crystal Watersin päätaso on ulkokeittiö, jossa on Moderno 6-osainen patio-istuin, kaasutakka, kaasugrilli, pöytä ja istuimet. This place was amazing. Hearing the flow of the water. Cooking on the gill and watching some top gun outside. My kids loved the games room. No hot tub ouside. The jacuzzi bath was great besides not having enough hot water to fill it. The kitchen, livingroom, and all parts of the house are exactly as pictured. Very close to everything. Wood grill buffet was awesome. They even have fishing poles on the porch for guest enjoyment. Only thing bad was the hot water didnt last long. They need a tankless water heater. Everything else was amazing and we will stay again.

Outdated and inaccurate listing!

This property is very over priced for what you get. The pictures were likley from a decade ago.The pros:The property is close to the main parkwayThe inside of the home was cleanThe beds were comfortableCheck-in was easyThe cons:None of the lights worked at the outdoor TV/grill areaThe counter and floor do not actually illuminate (false advertising) The TVs didn't work (we waited 9 hours for someone to come fix them & they barely worked after that.) Also has very basic cable.The ouside of the property is fithy. You could not sit on any of the furniture. The TV/grill area was overtaken with antsThere is no hot tub on the property but is advertised on VRBO with a hot tubThe master bathub was nice, but the shower was the smallest shower I have ever seenThe game's in the game room do not work and the pool table areas is so small, you couldnt actually play pool.We travel a lot and are easy to please. I have never left a poor review before, but this property has false advertising and I didnt want another family to be scammed as we were. The reasons we chose this property were the outdoor kitchen area, location, & hot tub. There was no hot tub & the kitchen was unusable. If this property was listed at half the price, it might still be too much. We have stayed in the area with very similar amentinities for less than half the price and had a much better stay.

Property manager stated, “thank you for outlining all the needed repairs.

Upon arrival we were very happy. But then…the beautiful picture of the glowing patio BBQ was all molded, concrete seating covered in ants which made this area unusable. Window blinds (5) had to beopened/closed manually, toilet seat didnt fit the toilet. Kitchen drawer wouldn’t open then the front came off and almost landed on a child’s foot. refrigerator stopped making ice and needed a filter, bedroom carpet filthy, The main floor porch is covered in webs. There was no blanket for the main floor king bed. Lower level had water damage and filthy drapes in lower level bedrooms dirty and full of dust.Lower level bath had to be manually pulled out thru the faucet to turn on the shower.For days this kept adding up. I didn’t want to complain! No house is perfect !!! Called Annie at office who was defensive and condescending. Offered a 250 refund. Sent a repair man who fixed the toilet seat but made the toilet run and put the handle on backwards. Called the office and emailed. No refund and go ahead and post your pictures. So here we are. THE MANAGER DID A WALK THRU AFTER WE CHECKED OUT/AGREED THAT ALL REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE DONE ON AND NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECKOUT.POINTS LEARNED DO A WALK THRU.Because they don’t refund they only expect you to move your entire family.GOOD POINTSGame room. Fishing but due to rapids you really don’t catch anything. You can float the river on tubes. Walmart 4.99.We put in behind the Sunliner restaurant and the hotel. Then float to the cabin.

Life on the River

We were less than a mile off the strip, which was very convenient for the kids. However, the best part was sitting out on a deck and watching and listening to the soothing river. Wildlife was abundant, too. ,

We can't say enough positive things about this place! The location was perfect! The house lived up to the name Crystal Waters with the decor! The creek was amazing to relax and listen to. Our kids stayed content between the creek, pool table, and aracde games. Will definetely return!

Lovely place for Pigeon Forge!

I'll be honest, we hadn't visited Pigeon Forge and realized after that, outside of Dollywood, it wasn't our type of vacation spot, BUT this house was 100% the highlight. I ended up sick and the kids were fully entertained with the gaming spaces, the big cozy beds and TVs, and the whirlpool bathtub (although we couldn't figure out how to make it function properly.) The deck is gorgeous, the grill works wonderfully, and the sound of the creek is so lovely in all the outdoor areas. If we ever go to Dollywood again, this will be a first choice to stay!

Absolutely Charming and BEAUTIFUL

The views are magnificent. The creek is PERFECT... the geese came every morning to visit us and entertain the kids. We plan to go back in the summer to enjoy it even more. The furnishings and the very expensive upgrades on every single level are astonishing. Every single day we discovered new embellishments and electronic luxuries we hadn't known about. The The pillows, beds, and bedding were just dreamy. The beds are adjustable! You can relax in your room and catch a movie. There is a 3 person hot tub in the master bathroom that my children enjoyed every night, complete with led lighting and a television. They loved it, I loved it, just awesome. The rooms are decorated so beautifully you just stand and stare sometimes. I wish I had taken photos of everything the minute we arrived. It was absolutely gorgeous. If you can stay here at Christmas time, do it. Charming, whimsical, magical. There is not one area that isn't transformed into a twinkling, sparkly, captivating, delightful display of holiday magic. The outdoor fireplace, patio, and huge tv are so luxurious! The few suggestions I would make are providing a cabinet for food storage somewhere, because we loved cooking with the fabulous cookware, and a booklet explaining how to work the remotes for the lights, tv's, etc. for those that don't have teenagers with them. The carpeting on the stairs needs a good deep cleaning, because we had an infant we were up close and personal eye to eye with it. We will be back!!

Volleyball tournament

Came to Pigeon Forge for my daughters volleyball tournament and stayed at this cabin. Only thing i can say is there should be more than only 5 stars to rate our whole exoerience. Will defenitily return to this same place many more times in the future>

AMAZING HOME!

We couldn’t have been happier with the cabin! From the moment we pulled up, we could tell the owners paid attention to every detail. First, the river view is absolutely gorgeous. My boys would have stayed down at the river the entire trip and been happy. They fished every day. The outdoor areas were perfect for our family, and we were able to grill a couple of evenings. We spent mornings and evenings on the screened in porches, too. Inside, our kids had the downstairs to themselves. Their bedrooms were down there, as well as arcade games and pool table. The entire house was amazing. Adjustable beds, tv on porch and in bathroom. I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again to the owners and the management company for everything! We felt right at home the whole time, and can’t wait to return.
