”Although the room was a pretty straightforward, no frills set up, it was clean & the bed was comfortable. I loved the 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub. We came in about 3:00 in the morning and I was able to relax after driving all day in the hot tub which was great. The concept of the nightly movie over the pool was really cool, though we found it far too crowded to be enjoyable to go down and get in the water. ”Loved the view from our little balcony. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there are a lot of places within walking distance to have fun. The staff was helpful with finding a place to eat on our last night that was delicious. The bacon in the breakfast was paper thin but still good. Again the staff were helpful and nice. We had a neighbor who was smoking on their balcony and it was coming into our room. The staff handled it quickly. ”

”We had a great stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel! The village view was nice, though I’m sure the fountain view is even better. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Valet was super convenient ($25/day), and we loved that the hotel provided coupons for nearby attractions. ”The pool was full of kids , screaming and splashing like crazy. My kids didn’t want to be knocked out so we chose not to go in the pool. The breakfast was not free. We had to pay for adults only. The waitress was so kind and that was the highlight of the hotel. We asked for extra pillows and it seemed to be an innocence for the staff to get it for us. ”

”The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes...

”The front desk staff were amazing! She got us checked in early, fast and efficiently. The room was nice. The coffee was disgusting, and there were hairs all in the bed, the only downfall of the stay other than not having breakfast provided for the price.”

”Breakfast was limited but it was hot and good. I wish they offer chicken options in addition to beef too. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Location is superb, right across there are lot of options to eat and activities. We booked the one with kitchen and have to get the utensils from frontdesk. Location of kitchen next to bathroom is bit odd, kinda make the area messy quickly than you think. Overall pricing wise it’s a decent place to stay. ”

”Room was clean. There was no hot tub and laundry was a normal coin washer. Breakfast was kind of a scam and would have liked a more normal hotel breakfast options than just a stack of pancakes from next door unless you paid for the buffet.”

”This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This wasn't just old or in disrepair, it was completely unsanitary and not to code. There was DRIED FRESH pee on the mattresses, poo smeared on the wall, exposed electrical, mold on the ceilings. Do not book here! Service was horrible. Manager refused to offer a refund. This is really bad. LOTS of great places for this price all over, but this one was really bad. Nothing like the pictures. ”
