”Breakfast was best I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was beyond nice. Very clean and felt safe. Only complaint....we dont like staying at pet friendly hotels.”

”Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and...

”Clean room, helpful staff, walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions - right in Pigeon Forge, next to the Island.”

”This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! The rooms are nice sized and some have balconies which is nice for unwinding in the evening. There is also a rooftop bar with a pool that overlooks the area. The actual “check in “ area where you do valet or unload is a little difficult to get to and the streets outside are one way...

Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. ”Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again.”

”The hotel was in a great location with plenty of parking. The housekeeping let it down. We were expecting daily housekeeping, unfortunately this was not the case. Beds never made, trash not always taken away, bathroom never cleaned. Breakfast room could get busy and loud at times.”

”Family had a blast and we made new friends from another state while visiting both parks. Room was clean and fresh. Amenities are awesome if you have kids. Pool area and slides is a must. Staff are amazing with all the activities to do. Our toddlers shut the dance party down. Definitely will be ours and friends stop to stay at every time we visit the parks.”

”I booked this hotel especially for the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. Walking barefoot on the floor our feet were black it was so dirty.”
