”I have stayed here multiple times. We like to stay here when we attend concerts at The Shoreline. The gentleman at the front desk is always so kind and hospitable. I have not experienced the same on the phone with a particular female employee. She acted very bothered with my questions and even "accidently" hung up on me. The restaurant is amazing, and the Spa is beautiful. Highly recommend even for just a relaxing staycation.”

”Nice place. Have stayed in many many hotels in the area and this is one our favorites. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast would be better if it had waffles, but its good and starts early! Its a huge hotel and parking gets a little hard to find but usually always had something way in the back. Staff is helpful and nice, and front desk is open all night. Will stay again.”
