”Breakfast was great! Unfortunately the wifi was not working and that made a huge difference to me. I stayed here for three days so I could have some quiet time to catch up on computer work. With no wifi, that didn't happen. I was told no one would work on it over the weekend. Boo hoo! The gal at the front desk suggested I try the wifi in the lobby. I tried it, also not working there. Hard to believe that in the middle of a big city you can't get wifi. It felt like Radisson doesn't care.”

”The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe.”

”The bar on the west side of the property had their music beating until way past 11:30 where I could hear it clearly inside my room on the east side of the property. Evening shift was very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Breakfast wasn't so much. They had a sign asking to not take too much to leave enough for the rest of the people staying. And promptly closed everything right at 9:00. It fine, it's just that on a holiday weekend you would think maybe hold off for a few minutes. Overall...

”That hotel required a $50 deposit and told me that if I paid it in cash I would get the full deposit, but if I used a card, I would only get $45 back, so I paid in cash. The office was closed the next morning when I checked out, so I dropped the key and left. I talked to the manager who said all I had to do was go by and pick up the cash. If I lived close enough to go by and pick up the cash, why on earth would I have stayed in his crappy hotel in the first place?!? He said he can’t mail it...
