”Staff was nice. Room was clean. Not sure why I was allergic to the pillows. Never had that happen before. Stuffed up all night and cleared up when I got up. Noisy neighbours in next room and noisy people talking outside casino until 1:30 AM. No I didn’t report it because it’s been my experience that only makes it worse. It’s disappointing to pay over $500 for two nights and get almost no sleep.”

”Our experience was not good. We arrived early in the evening after a day in Waterton Park. The bathtub drain was not draining well the water from the shower and my feet were always inside the soapy water. My wife found a spider inside the pillowcase and we found hair on the bed sheets. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't come back or recommend it.”

”We were 2 people in the room but only 1 chair. It looked as if there was a table and chairs in one corner at some point i time. I found the towels very soft and luxurious. I found the room to be clean and it was handy to have restaurants close by. I would have given this hotel a 5 star except that the breakfast was mediocre at best”
