”Great space! Very nicely decorated. Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Also close to a great bakery and coffee shop!”

”I chose the property based on other reviews, though i found it disappointing. Yes, the home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, tools and pots and pans, but that’s not enough for me to overlook other shortcomings. Firstly, there was a broken screen door between the kitchen and entrance to the patio. It kept on falling off the track and it was annoying every time we walked on and off the patio. ”This home was under complete construction. It’s unbelievable that we booked it four months in advance and paid 1,500.00. Two days before our check-in, we received the check-in details. Never notified of anything! When our family and friends arrived, they were met with an unimaginable disaster.”

”We really enjoyed a second stay at the De Vita House. The place is so clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Karin is a great host--she immediately dropped off a couple kitchen items we thought we needed--wasn't even an emergency or anything! Absolutely recommend.”

”The inside of the house was excellent, clean, many bedrooms, fabulous big kitchen conducive to gathering, dining room big and effective, great playroom for the little ones. It was not helpful to anyone with mobility issues:There was no path to the front door and the grass was undulating that it was difficult to walk on especially with a walker. There was a bedroom on the first floor, but there was a step down required and a step up necessary to use the bathroom. The gate at the stairway to the...
