”Located in downtown wellsboro within walking distance to shoppes and restaurants, this hotel is a throwback in a good way. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The lobby and rooms were clean and functional with modern amenities, but had the feel of another era, giving me a taste of what life might have been like in another time. Breakfast was good also, my kids loved the chocolate raspberry muffins.”

”This is my first time visiting the budget inn, and it was a better experience than the last two motels I stayed at in this area. The staff on site were very friendly, I will be back. ”

”3rd time stayed here and great as usual. Would stay again. I rarely ever have issues with the hotels/motels themselves. It’s the other guests which are usually the issue with their lack of awareness to the noise they create. Or, in this case, the dog(s) they travel with that constantly bark when they leave them alone in the room. Not the dog’s fault, was probably anxious. This was in room right next to me so no way to cover that sound with anything else. Will just request next time to maybe not...
