”The concept is really cool and the property is beautiful. GM and most of the staff were great but a few were rude or uninterested in providing good service. Would give much better reviews if it weren’t $750 a night. Everything and everyone should be exceptional for that price. We just had a normal room with a pullout bed for the kids, which they consider a suite. Would consider returning to another Under Canvas but only for sub $500 per night.”

”If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
This was, without question, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, and I genuinely cannot believe Expedia continues to list this property. After traveling all day on virtually no sleep, I walked into a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was blood next to the nightstand, hair on the bed, hair in the shower, dirt across the floors, feces dripping down the side of the bed, and exposed, crumbling drywall...
