”The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was...

”The stay was great. The complimentary breakfast was more than ample , but limited of meat options (personal preference - do not eat beef or pork). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and outwardly helpful. We came into town due to a loss. This stay allowed us to be comfortable.”

”We’ve stayed here in the past and loved it, especially the breakfast. This time, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic, the waffle machine was broken. The stay was ok. ”

”Traveled 14 hrs, got to hotel around 10pm exhausted from the long drive we checked in unloaded the car got up to the room started unpacking and started finding issues like the tub being dirty, no inside locks on the door only the key card lock, the lights don’t work in half of our room, the WiFi didn’t work and stains on the carpet and walls. We were staying there for 8 nights and I never complain I’ve stayed at super 8s before which are usually worse but my experience the super 8s were better...

”The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? ”
