Complex Amenities include Elevators, Pool, Grilling Facility, Beach Walkway. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay. Pool is typically open May 1st - September 30th daily 9am - 11pm.

--Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance October 1st - March 31st, last minute September 15th - 30th and April 1 - May 15th. HOA does not permit Nightly rentals May 16th - September 14th.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
