”Well if your a fan of Luke warm showers perfect place. Ran the water for about 10 minutes even after shaving it was still Luke warm. Decided that it wouldn't get much better but when it was time to rinse shampoo it warmed up. The room furnishings would be considered above average. The craftsmanship of the so called remodel was below average. There is a pool on-site and in the middle of June and 90 degree days it wasn't open. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The 1st night my daughter was ready to...

”Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again.”

”The room was nice and clean. We had dogs so we appreciated the first floor walk out entrance. Breakfast was adequate, but the grounds could use some cleaning up. Only really noticed this because of the dog walk area. Would stay again.”

”I had to change rooms three times. All three times the bedsheets were obviously used and very dirty. Two of the room’s bathrooms had dirty towels with pubes everywhere. One of the rooms over top of the shower looked like it’s had a massive water leak issue from the room above where Drywall was falling in the tub with black mold everywhere. I have stayed in a lot of hotels across the US and this was by far the worst I have ever encountered.”

”Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.”

”Booked the room to stay in HIE Williamsport, KY overnight after a long day of travel. Paid for a room to accommodate my family of five, but I arrive and they tell me that they don’t have that room. Meanwhile I log onto the IHG app and it says the exact room that I bought and paid for is available - 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Front desk doesn’t care, blames IHG app and says the only way to be sure to get the room I paid is to call and book directly with the front desk. Only wants to argue...
