”This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.”

”Had a power outage. needed a place to charge my phone and lay my head for a few days. I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. The room had great water pressure, so I really enjoyed my shower. The bed was comfy so I had the best rest. Let's not forget the cookies. ”Stayed for one night. The only issue was the initial room we were allocated was not cleaned. However, stuff was quick to rectify the issue and allocated us a new room.”

”Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Bananas are seemingly popular for some reason. Anyway, shower curtains can use some replacing. Great black out curtains, good climate control, ok tv channel selection but remote was hard to work with. Bedding not bad, didn't wake up in pain. Dishes stocked in kitchen was useful. Sofabeds were the typical sofabeds, as expected. No indications or signs of bed bugs in neither form of bedding.”

I was comfortable in the room, itself, though it did have an issue: the TV didn't work; it said "No signal." The remote was full of greasy finger prints and chunks of food were stuck to it. When we first checked in, we had to wait because there was a group of carnival employees who were supposed to have 14 rooms and their reservation couldn't be found. ”The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. ”Rude and, at times, passive aggressive staff. When we only asked about our refrigerator because it was barely cooling, the first response we got was, “No, you can’t switch rooms,” even though we never asked. The pool had no circulating water and didn’t look safe or clean enough to swim in. Our room key wouldn’t open the pool door, so we had to have the front desk let us in. There was no explanation about the pool’s condition, and during our three day stay we didn’t see a single person using...
