”Very pleasant stay! Everything was fresh, clean, comfortable and up to date. Pool was closed during our stay, but we wouldn’t have used it this time and notice was given. Highly recommend.”

”The hotel was very clean and the rooms were some of the most comfortable I’ve been in. The pool was closed for maintenance. That would have been helpful to know before hand. The laundry facilities was hard to find and had to get a code to get into the room. Loved we were right by some great shopping and near the interstate.”

”check in at 3 we arrive at 255 told they had no clean rooms for the 2 dozen guest ahead of me and to get in line they'd call guest one by one as rooms open up i didn't get a room until 415 and there were 17 guest after me still waiting the staff kept saying don't know what to tell ya we don't have any rooms cleaned like what ?!”

”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”

”They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. ”

”Very nice experience! Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool and whirlpoo open all day longl, all-purpose breakfast, friendly staff. Only drawback is the lack of a decent pedestrian sidewalks to the nearby Dedham train station and Legacy Place shopping mall.”

”This particular night wasn’t great because of the guests in room 169 who were loud with people coming in and out the room, banging on the door until at least 1am. I did end up leaving and coming back the next morning just to check out. Other than that, the stay is usually always great.”

”We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of...

”Comes with breakfast, which is very convenient. We also used the airport shuttle, which only costs $10/person. Overall, a comfortable experience!”
