Bring the whole crew. This modern bunkhouse in Enterprise, Utah sleeps up to 14 in one bright, open bunkroom - built for family reunions, riding trips, and group getaways where nobody wants to split up across separate rentals.

THE SPACE
The heart of the property is a single large great room where sleeping, lounging, and dining all share one vaulted space. Beds line one side under two ceiling fans; a sofa, leather armchair, and recliners face the other. A round dining table and a breakfast bar seat the group for card games and late dinners.

SLEEPING
One king bed and five queen beds, all made up with handmade quilts. Extra pillows and linens are stocked in the open shelving.

BATHROOMS
Two and a half baths, so a group of 14 is not waiting in line:
- An oversized tiled walk-in shower with a granite bench (a guest favorite)
- A full bath with a soaking tub
- A second full bath with a tiled walk-in shower
- A double granite vanity just off the sleeping area

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and generous prep counter - enough to get a crowd fed before an early morning ride. Washer and dryer in the unit.

EQUESTRIAN FRIENDLY
Bring your horses. On-site corrals are available for guests traveling with animals, which makes this an easy base for trail riding and rodeo weekends. Pets are welcome too.

THE AREA
Enterprise sits in quiet rural southern Utah, surrounded by open land and a peaceful atmosphere, within easy driving distance of St. George, Pine Valley, and the region's riding and hiking country.

GOOD TO KNOW
Free parking on the premises. Air conditioning and heating throughout. A dedicated workspace if you need to check in with the office. Check-in after 3:00 PM and checkout before 11:00 AM.
