”Average hotel. Under construction. It’s a C location. It’s fine”

”The property was clean and comfortable. We only had one complaint: we chose a room with a king size bed, but it was a queen. When we called down the front desk said, oh yes, they advertise them as kings but they are really queens!”

”There was construction all across the first floor with wires hanging off, dust on the floors, etc. ”

”Overall, our stay was great.. however, in the AM, for the “included breakfast” from 8am - 10am, there was staff actively taking food and items away before 10:00. My wife tried to inquire with the staff member, expressing that there was still 20 minutes left, and some guests were still trying to get somethings to eat, but the staff member continued unplugging some of the appliances and removing food. ”

”This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed at. Smell of smoke in the hallway. Room was smaller than the pic. TV was broken. Shower curtain was too short. Supposed to be pet friendly. More like pet tolerant. Nowhere to walk the dog. The entire property was full of trash. People living in their truck in the parking lot and using hotel facilities. Never staying there again. ”

”There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. ”

”The morning of the 21st, the desk clerk that was on was rude she was not accommodating. My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters.”

”Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.”
