”Well maintained, and a step above a different Comfort Inn I had stayed in the day prior.”

”Room was on the second floor and we couldn’t sleep because of the very loud noise from busy roads. Room was clean, but they forgot to refill the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Found this out while showering and no shampoo or conditioner came out of the pumped bottles. The room looked like they just threw stuff inside without care of where things should go. The curtain was falling down on one side. The TV was placed on a dresser in front the only mirror.”

”The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice hotel. What upset us was the nickel & dimeing. There was a $10 charge for parking - although it was not in the listing, and the parking lot was completely empty. They even tacked on 20% administrative charge on the tip paid by the QR code. I travel enough and tip by QR code provided in the room. First time I am seeing an administrative charge.”

”Although I was disappointed that the room had a cooktop and not a microwave, only a couple of functioning outlets, and an unplugged mini fridge, the room was very clean and the building was fairly empty and quiet. I would probably stay here again if I had to.”

”THERE'S NO POOL. the whole reason we booked this hotel was to have a rest day and go swimming on our honey moon. Total bait and switch! We were so upset. Still am.”

”Room just average, cheap furniture. NO microwave or mini fridge. Asked for extra blanket; took 4 hours. Check-in at 4p.m. Had to speak to 4 people before I could check-in, just 1 hour early. Huge buffet breakfast but cost is $19, (Doe not come with room) It was ok for my 1 night stay but I would not return for a longer stay.”
