Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous vous sentiez mal de ne pas être d'accord avec une règle très courante dans tout Resort de plus de 1000 personnes. C'est une règle très logique qui est établie pour assurer la sécurité des clients séjournant, car l'hôtel a l'obligation d'enregistrer tous les clients et se réserve également le droit d'entrée. Je crois sincèrement qu'il n'a pas aimé le refus, mais à aucun moment je ne doute qu'il n'ait pas été traité poliment par le personnel, qui en plus d'être professionnel.Cordialement de l'équipe Golden Taurus

The aquapark closed for the season on the 24th of September as stated on our website and reopens on the 9th of May 2024.We are an official Ironman hotel offering accomodation near to the race, but unfortunately no other race services are included. We are sorry that you were unable to get a taxi when needed, but it was an extremly busy weekend and the local taxis in Pineda were overloaded with work.We hope to have the pleasure in welcoming you again. We would like to thank you for your comments. We are happy to read that you enjoyed the pools and the beach. The wi-fi that we have is for basic use for sending messages etc. but depening on the use of fellow guests may slow the connection down. We do hope that you mentioned that your room wasn´t sufficiently clean at the time so that we could solve this matter immediately. Likewise with the food, if the food was cold we would appreciate that you tell us at the time once again to solve the matter immediately. We hope that you will return to visit us in the future. The hotel is a very large complex and in the month of August with high capacity. We feel that the restaurante is open a reasonable amount of time to offer the guests the option to dine earlier or later to avoid queues. The hotel also offers more than the average number of sunbeds and guests are asked not to reserve the sunbeds but to obtain an adequate rotation of use we need the co-operation of fellow guests. Concernant l'utilisation du masque, nous faisons signer à tous les clients une fiche de conformité insistant sur l'utilisation du masque et nous essayons de faire respecter au maximum, bien que faire respecter tout le monde soit presque impossible, la collaboration des clients fait défaut.
