”Very nice and clean hotel, very clean and modern rooms, wasn’t crazy about the breakfast because it’s advertise as a buffet, but it’s not. overall I will go back again”

”The photo looked a lot better than what it actually is. In fact, it's rather misleading. The facility is super old and hasn't been maintained well. Won't say much about cleanliness as people have different standards. The heating (we stayed in early March and it was cold) did not work. The wall unit emitted only luke-warm air the whole time. Staffs were fine. Parking was fine. But overall not a good stay. ”

The breakfast on Monday March 9th was tasty and the dining room attendant was lovely- she mentioned she has working there for several years. This will definitely be our go-to for future Rockford trips! ”

The first room clearly needed a deep clean, with sticky residue on furniture and what looked like mouse droppings. Around 10pm on my first night (7 hours after I booked into my room) I heard rustling noises. I discovered a stray cat inside my locked second-floor room. ”Rooms were worn down, from the 80s, dirty rooms, cigarette burns on bed cover and shower curtain..Heater did not work in first room. Very worn down. It is more like a extended stay than inn as there was no room service or fresh towels ”
