Best Western – Piney Woods, Texas

”This is one of those “you get what you pay for”. Our stay was ok. The location was perfect for our short vacation. The staff was nice. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The restroom floor was dirty, there were long black hairs on the floor that I ended up cleaning. We found a roach strolling up the wall, the room didn’t smell clean and the towels were small and old. Not a place I would stay again.”

”We had a lil trouble with the a/c the first night and it didn't get fix till the next day some came out to look at it . And they offered another room .. but other than that it was excellent very nice staff”

”The night girl was not friendly at all. Closed the pool early, when that is the only reason we stayed there. She said the manager told her too. I didn't verify right then, but surely she was lying. All rooms smelt like milder and mold. We had to move from the 1st one it was so bad.”
