”We attempted to check in early, that was not well received... nor would the front desk reception even acknowledge my request. She rudely stated "your rooms not ready" with zero attempt to offer a solution or another option. I even requested to upgrade to anything available as we were on a time schedule. ”Clean room. Pool was moldy. Staff seems tired and not friendly. It's a hotel with a casino. Resort is only in the name. It's across the river from everything else. No big deal, got a lower tier room then I paid for. Nice parking lot view. Wouldn't stay again.”
