”Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”

”The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The outside looked like a crackhouse. Inside the room was even worse. It was dirty. It was so disgusting we had it reserved for 2 nights and decided to leave. The hotel manager would not refund any of our money. The place needs to be closed”

”Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”
