Our spa is located outdoors in an open pergola, which means that weather conditions can affect the water temperature, and it may take longer than usual to heat up. If you wish to enjoy the spa on the day of your arrival, we offer a convenient option to have it ready for you at an additional fee of $25. However, if you plan to use it on the day after, we recommend allowing at least 6 hours for heating, depending on the weather conditions. Please note that this arrangement is applicable during the winter season.
1. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS of any kind. If found Host has the right to cancel reservations anytime. Hosts have the right to vacate the property after cancellation.
2. No Loud music outside
3. Any Events or Gatherings must be pre approved at a additional cost.

5. This house has been inspected for bed bugs so it's a bug a free house.
6. There are two security cameras on the property . They are 24/7 motion detectors. There is no camera in private area or inside bedroom, only common area
