”Management staff rude always trying to add to the pricing. Doesn’t understand or care about published pricing. Always arguing. Doesn’t know rules or laws about service dogs. My room needed a lot or repairs. Sheets had holes. Throw away Smoke detectors inoperable had exposed wires”

”Our stay at Geary Parkway Motel was a solid experience. The staff was fantastic—Vijay handled our check-in and check-out, making the whole process an absolute breeze. He was welcoming, efficient, and set a great tone for the trip. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. ”Don't take room number 10,it had a stained,musty ,smelly carpet.Room didn't have a nice fresh smell. I didn't complain because we got in the hotel late,but next day I saw other rooms with wooden,fresh floor and nice smell. The staff very nice and helpful. Lady in the restaurant makes waffles and breakfast on request but only till 8-8.30. If you come after 9 (breakfast till 10) there won't be much food left.”
