”The hotel staff refused to allow stay do to a no-locals policy after arriving. The front desk staff were not helpful, and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund. ”Staff were friendly but clientele was scary. There were people yelling in the middle of the night and those of us who were trying to have a good nights sleep and head out were woken up and scared. Please clean this place up. ”

”The hotel we booked wasnt wver open. I had to go to thw nextbdoor hotel to check in. The office was a mess. Dirty. Our room was the grossest room id ever stayed in. The room was dirty, jad the nastiest smell the bathtub/ shower was disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Had to use my own blankets on the bed. Wasn't sure what to expect on the bed itself. I will never book another room here and would not recommend anyone else either. ”

”This is a really nice hotel, just on the edge of downtown - not in exurbia. It’s almost like a little hacienda, with lovely common areas - a big plaza with a fire pit among other amenities. The breakfast is very good; weekends they have a buffet, weekdays ala carte. It’s not cheap but a very good deal if included in the room rate. We would definitely stay again; in fact we are returning tomorrow (it’s on the bookends of a drive up the California coast).”

”Didn’t show up on the system I left a $60 deposit. Customer service is very bad expect for Jenny. She was able to figure it out after waiting. Rooms need a remodel ASAP. Won’t be back for sure.”

”Very dirty and unsafe property. Location is excellent but the staff is never available at the front desk or arguing with patrons over broken amenities in the rooms. No water available in the rooms and for what they charge a night you would think they would add a bottle by the bed. In my room a whole electric panel was out of the wall hanging down with exposed wires! Hotel is in the middle of ownership swap with construction going on it seems so they should not be operating like that. The...
