”Some issues with water bugs in the room. Overall the rooms are older with obvious wear. The game room is pay to play with no foosball table… Which made the kids sad. Pool was good and accessing the beach directly from the hotel is great and the saving grace. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall ok for a short trip.”

”Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and offered my family and I a pleasant experience. The amenities and housekeeping were useful as well! Though, one minor inconvenience was one of the front desk workers seemed a bit bothered that we had asked for fresh towels and trash can pick-ups on only a couple of days. ”I booked a specific room through Expedia, but the hotel gave me a completely different one when I arrived. When I asked about the change, staff only apologized and offered no solution or explanation. This was frustrating and misleading, especially since I paid for a particular room type. The experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by both the hotel and the accuracy of their listings.”

”We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day. The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience.”

”I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to warn you-DO NOT to stay here! The whole hotel was so dirty! It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Trash in the halls. Stained bedding. We had 2 rooms & one wasn’t even ready until after 6pm. Neither had any towels, hand towels or washcloths. Finally around 8 they could supply each room with 2 bath Towels. Save yourself!”
