”Rooms (occupied 3 separate rooms on the 5th floor) were clean and comfortable. My only complaint there is that the bathrooms were not as good as they can be. One bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. The bracket was there, just no bottle. Another bathroom had conditioner, but empty body wash and shampoo--plus an employee left a dirty cleaning towel on the toilet. My bathroom door was aligned properly so it took a lot of force to shut it. Finally, the hallway...

”The kitchen area was good. The hallway needs to be updated. The laundry service was free and nice to wash clothes. We did find two roaches one large and alive in our room. It was okay for a reasonable stay I guess.”

”There was a sign that said the room was to be done every other day. It wasn't. The most the hotel did was provide us with towels - without taking away the used ones, so we ended up with so many towels by the end of our 4-day stay. The beds were not made even once during the 4-day stay. The bathrooms were not wiped down or tidied up We had to go to the desk to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast buffet was okay and the children liked the waffle maker. Calling the desk or another room...

”The only thing I like about this property is the location. It’s so close to many restaurants, cafes, markets and more. I was disgusted with this property and really kept to self because I was traveling with family. I did bring some things up to front desk and they would tell me about housekeeping and cleaning is this day and that day. Clearly this hotel only clean what you can see.
