”Breakfast fresh, a/c cold”

”Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. ”

”The hotel is okay, clean, tidy. but the furniture is very beat up floors are scratched, and it looks very run down and used on the inside of the rooms. ”

”The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty shower, baseboards, sticky floors. Breakfast was in a separate building and not good/fresh/hardly any options. Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Will not be back.”

”We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes...

”Just a fantastic spot. Great location. Short walk to beach access. Awesome coffee shop next door in Pier 33. Pool just outside our door. Noise never an issue. Everything we needed. We'd stay again. ”

”Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!”

”Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.”
