”This Hampton Inn was only a 4-minute drive to Gulf Shores and it did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The staff was nice and the breakfast was really good. What I liked most it that although they looked sold out, everything was peaceful and not crowded. 10 out of 10”

They need to consider putting SOFT CLOSE on their doors because that was VERY annoying plus I ordered a King bed but it wasn't honored”

”There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. ”We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...

”Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.”
