”These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. ”

”Room was clean and facilities provided good. Good value for the price we paid. The staff team and owner were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Need a car to get to the caves, but these were then quite accessible. Generally all good, and would stay again.”

”We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We needed somewhere easy to stay after our Hobbiton tour and this ended up being an amazing spot. Our room had a lovely balcony with a tree view. The hotel feels brand new and is very well managed. I wish I had gotten her name, but the manager was so helpful and when she heard we were heading north took the time to show us how to pre-pay the toll (which we didn’t even know existed) online. The included breakfast was also great. We would book here...

”I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked. The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige.
