Piseco Lake House with Sandy Beach

Welcome to Piseco Lake House! Enjoy an authentic Adirondack getaway year-round in this gorgeous lake-front home. Nestled in a small cove on Piseco lake, the Piseco House offers a private sand beach with boat house, and amazing sunsets. Whether you’re eating dinner, lounging on the front porch, waking up in the master suite, or right on the beach, the sounds and views of the lake will be the backdrop of your retreat.

The space

The house was custom-designed with an open floor plan to provide stunning views of the lake from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. The master bedroom (1 king bed) and second bedroom (1 queen bed) are on the main floor. Downstairs offers a second lake-view living area and a third bedroom (1 queen bed).

A TV is provided in the main living space with a Roku attached. Seating for dining is available in both the kitchen and main living area.

PLEASE NOTE:

- There is NO CELL service but WIFI calling can be used.

- NO ANIMALS, no smoking.

Other things to note
Located in the heart of the Southern Adirondacks, enjoy all the hiking, shopping, dining, skiing, snowmobiling, and exploring that this area provides.

SPRING and SUMMER
Three kayaks, one canoe, one paddleboat, one paddleboard, and random life preservers are provided for guests. Guests have use of the boathouse which provides comfortable views and access to the water. You have full use of the dock and boats are welcome.

Our waterfront is shallow and sandy. Larger motor boats are not reasonable. Please contact us for more information. Piseco Lake has crystal clear water and is great for swimming.

Additional summertime activities can be found in Speculator, including a 9 hole golf course.

FALL
A great time to get out on the lake and see the spectacular fall foliage.

WINTER
Get out and enjoy the snow. Snowshoes are provided for guests (random sizes). Once the lake freezes, ice fishing and snowmobiling are very popular with access right out the front door.

Locally there are many X-country ski trails. Oak Mountain Ski Center is a 15 minute drive away and Gore Mountain Ski Area is a 50 minute trek.

An all wheel (or 4 wheel) drive vehicle is highly recommended for our driveway in the winter. It is plowed but can be tricky in icy weather. We recommend guests bring warm outdoor clothing.

DISCLOSURE: There is a security camera on the driveway, used to monitor arrivals, departures, deliveries and snowfall.
