-Parking for 4 cars available on gravel driveway
-4 wheel drive may be preferred the few times a year there is a snow event. The house is not far up the main road, which is usually plowed, however the driveway is slightly steep.
-No refunds due to weather or natural disasters
-There is an outward facing motion activated Ring camera on front door and side door for the safety of the guests and the house. These are not monitored all the time but checked as needed.

Birthday Trip

My family was lucky enough to find this property for a short birthday trip to Brevard. The house was just as described and perfect. It is a very spacious house with large kitchen and conveniently located between all the waterfalls and trails and the town of Brevard. It was spotless on arrival and has everything you need. My kids loved the game room and spent most of their time there. The property owner even checked in during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. We will definitely stay here again but longer next time to enjoy the house more.

Great location, great house, great stay.

So glad we found this property. Very convenient to lots of great hikes, beautiful waterfalls in the Pisgah forest, and amazing overlooks on the Parkway. My husband and grandson enjoyed18 holes at Connestee Falls Golf course.We had several tasty meals in local restaurants in the area. The house was so comfy and fun. Loved the game room and my grandson entertained us with guitar concerts in the basement…great acoustics. We also managed to have a fire in the fire pit in spite of the rain.

Super nice house in perfect location

The house was just as described. Large house with tons of space for a large group. Super clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for adventures in Pisgah Nat. Forest. Will definitely look into this house next time we are visiting the area.

Large house near Pisgah National Forest

Our family spent three days at this property and enjoyed our visit thoroughly. The house has been recently refurbished and was in immaculate condition. We especially enjoyed the pool table. The hosts provided many amenities that are often missing in rental properties: soap, plastic bags, coffee pods and filters. The location worked especially well for us. The house is a short drive from several popular waterfalls and about 5-10 minutes from downtown Brevard.

Always a wonderful place to stay when visiting the area of Brevard!

Love this house! Great location-close to town of Brevard & other great areas in driving range. Love, love, love the decor!!! Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Very clean! Nice size beds with firm mattresses! We’ve stayed here two years in a row! Very pleased with this experience both times! Thanks!

The best yet!

Host was super quick to reply and was very accommodating to allow us to check in a little early. The house is amazing. Super clean and had extras like shampoo/ soap etc. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The game room was what drew my attention to this house opposed to others in the area. Our family of 4 loved spending time playing all the games in the evenings. Our kids appreciated the Roku tv with access to Disney Plus. We are from flat road Florida so we were nervous to see what the driveway up to the house would look like but we were thrilled that it was totally manageable- even for rookie mountain road drivers! The location was perfect for us- we explored Looking Glass Falls, Moore Cove Falls, Sliding Rock, etc. Perfect house- fantastic all around. If we come back to NC- we will definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful place to stay!

The host is very quick to respond to any questions and is very kind. The home is very spacious and has everything you could need! There’s a great book with ideas and suggestions on things to do at the house. My kids really enjoyed the game room upstairs. We would certainly recommend this house and would certainly stay here again!!

Great house

We loved our stay here. The house is incredibly comfortable and family friendly. Awesome location. Very convenient to Brevard and easy ride into Asheville and surrounding area. Owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. Would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Visit

Melissa is a great communicator, and responds quickly when answering questions. The house has a great layout and is very spacious. It is decorated nicely and not cluttered. While the photos are accurate, it looks even better in person and feels like home. Everyone in our group enjoyed all the things this house had to offer. We did not want to leave and we will definitely return.

Wonderful home

This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Brevard. It’s extremely spacious, clean, & had all the amenities we needed. The decor was artsy & creative, but without clutter-giving the home a great vibe. Communication with Melissa was consistent & clear w/instructions for our stay/departure. Will most definitely rent again when we’re in the beautiful area!
