”Contact prior via Expedia messaging did not work. Host Whatsapp me on day of arrival. Everything at check-in was smooth. We had and issue with smelly shower drains and was sorted promptly. Pretty decent accomodation within walking distance of signa station and 17 min train ride to Florence. My only gripe was cleanliness of the floor could have been better”

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window. The shower was small and one of the glass doors was really loose and about the fall off. Also there...

”Very nice place in the centre of town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was exactly as advertised , spacious with a great view overlooking the river and old town.
