”The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests ”

”We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer.”

”The breakfast wa fresh but limited. There was bacon which was goo, the eggs were a little watery and potatoes which were made with hot (not sweet) peppers. The oatmeal was good and there was make your own waffles. Parking as fine”

”The room was relatively clean. The AC didn't work very well and our room minifridge didn't work. I was only there for 1 night and checked in late, but it would have been nice to be able to keep our drinks cold. Check in and out was quick and easy. The exterior and parking lot can use some upgrades. Wasn't sure how safe the location was. I wouldn't choose to use this location for anything other than just to sleep.”

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. There is really nothing to see or do in North Huntingdon-Irwin, but still right next to the hotel there were plenty of...

”The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else”

I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned.
