Brand new construction, modern home with luxury appointments throughout + large modern boathouse with spacious sun decks, kitchen island and covered areas. All nestled amongst tall pine and oak trees with private lake and forest views in the house through large picture windows from virtually every room.
Year-round: automatic 15% discount for 7+ nights / 30% discount for 28+ nights.
House has wrap around deck to ensure each bedroom has a step-out onto a private outdoor patio or balcony. Fiber internet. 3 streaming Roku TVs with HDMI ports for gaming. Large deck upstairs provides plenty of outdoor space for dining, grilling or just relaxing around the firepit with panoramic views and a virtual 'tree house' feeling.
Private boathouse with 2 loungers, bar area with 4 stools, sink and grill and dual ladders for easy swimming access. This boathouse faces the main lake, yet sits in a quiet cove. Guests have full access including use of boat lift / slip, large sun decks and covered areas.

Relaxing weekend
Amazing experience. Stayed the weekend here with some old friends. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has a beautiful view of lake. All of the little things you could need for a weekend stay is available. The owner is super friendly and always answered messages quickly. Really a terrific experience. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Property.
The home was awesome. Well-appointed with everything you need for cooking, cleaning, entertainment, and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and axe throwing. Thought the wall-mounted arcade game was awesome!
Rooms and baths are well-situated. Plenty of room for all of us to stretch out and relax. Lots of room and implements for cooking. All of the appliances are new and high tech.
Took advantage of the golf cart rental and enjoyed driving up and down to the dock. And then we have the dock. We’ve been going on fishing vacations for 8 years, 2-3 times per year and this dock has to be one of the best we’ve experienced, if not the best. Whether you are boating or just fishing from the dock like we were, it’s got everything you need!! Plenty of space to cast and drop line fish. Plenty of room for multiple fisherpersons. A huge bar area that serves wonderfully as a staging point for setting up and breaking down gear and with storage space underneath to store your gear so you don’t have to tote it up and down every trip. Totally convenient.
Finally, we wanted to mention just how responsive the owner was. He responded to all of our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our vacation. From our first inquiry to our final goodbyes, he was right there to help at all times.

Thanksgiving stay
House had dead bugs in al of the living room window seals and the floor needed sweeping. The oven didn’t work until we pulled it out and unplugged and then plugged it back in. Advertised as a 4 bedroom but really a 3 bedroom with a loft that was very hard to get up to. Rooms didn’t have any dressers so our clothes had to stay in our luggage. For 1700.00 for 4 days I expected a lot more.

The Best By Far
The amazing reality of this property is far beyond what is revealed in the listing! Without a doubt, the nicest, extremely comfortable, most well-equipped and sparkling clean house I have ever rented! Balcony views and high end furniture/appliances were impressive. We even enjoyed watching the motorized window blinds rise and fall each day! There's none better, trust me. Rent this property soon ... but hopefully not during our next planned stay!

Beautiful modern home
We had a great Labor Day weekend at the lake house. Bob Sandlin is the perfect lake for a relaxing vacation, great fishing and it's never busy. The house was beautiful and brand new with everything in excellent condition. We enjoyed the peaceful location of the house and the kids loved seeing the wildlife. The trek down the hill to the lake is a little steep so the golf cart was helpful when carrying lots of stuff. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Fishing Trip
This place was exactly as advertised as being a new modern lake house that was clean and packed with great amenities. The owner Brent was alway accessible to answer any questions or concerns. He was a great host and owns a great property that we wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you Brent!
The only thing I would add to this place is maybe a couple more TV’s. I know, I Know, you don’t go to the lake to watch TV but at night a TV in a bedroom or two could help kids or even adults relax after a long day on the lake.
