”Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again.”

”The hotel was really nice and the view superb! I enjoyed the view of the river. However, the hotel is connected to the casino and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the unloading lanes. The rooms however do not smell like cigarettes! You can only smell it from the elevator. I appreciated that valet was complimentary and there was a Continental breakfast! I would give the hotel and stay experience a 8.7 out of 10. I hate the smell of cigars and cigarettes. I wish they would have made that...

”Fun”

”The first room we were given was not clean. The shower was full of little black curly hairs with a nasty smell. The curtain and bed skirt looked wet like something had been spilled on it. The sheets had some type of substance on them. The floor had used tissues, a cup, and pills. The second room we were moved to was much cleaner but the microwave did not work. We had an iron but not an ironing board, as I had to ask for one. There is not free parking or free breakfast.”

”Fitness center was open 24hrs, good variety of equipment, entire property was well-maintained. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views. Conveniently located to lots of food options, museums, and attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive.”

”Rooms are nice. Not any amenities still looks like it's under construction”
