📜 7. Rental Rules Compliance.



All rental rules must be followed throughout the stay.



Any violation may result in cancellation, eviction, and loss of deposit.



👞 8. No Shoes Indoors



Shoes are not permitted inside the property to maintain cleanliness.



Wearing shoes indoors will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

🎉 9. Parties & Gatherings.



Large gatherings are allowed only if declared and approved in advance.



Hosting a party or gathering that causes disturbance, damage, or excessive cleaning will result in immediate cancellation, eviction, deposit forfeiture, and additional penalties.

🛠 10. Appliance Use



All appliances must be used only as intended.



Misuse resulting in damage will be charged to the guest.

Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full replacement cost plus a 20% service fee.

Do not remove linens, towels, or any provided supplies from the unit.



🔌 14. Plugs & Outlets



Do not unplug cables or devices, especially LED lighting.



If unplugged, all items must be reconnected before checkout.



⏳ 15. Early & Late Checkout



Early or late checkout is available upon request for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

$100 for the first hour



Full-day charge if exceeding one hour

🧹 16. Cleaning Expectations



Rinse dishes and load the dishwasher before departure.



Dispose of trash in the designated bins.



Lock all doors and turn off lights (except LED lights).



Excessive mess or failure to follow cleaning instructions will result in additional cleaning fees.

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit.

🐾 18. Pet Policy:



• Maximum of 2 pets allowed

• $25.00/ pet, night

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.

• Pets must be properly crated or caged when left unattended inside the unit.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

• Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.



🚨 19. Violation & Device Tampering Policy.



Tampering with locks, smart devices, security equipment, or building systems is strictly prohibited.
