Welcome to our house, a cozy 3-bedroom home in the heart of the South Hills. The house is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. An open-style first-floor dining and living room area is the perfect space to hang out, enjoy some food, and watch TV. The newly constructed porch is a nice place to get some air and enjoy your morning coffee (provided). Tons to do around and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh by car, or via the light rail system located right across the street. The space. Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a coffee and tea bar to accommodate every guest in your party. With three bedrooms, there's space to comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Don't be afraid to mention any special requests you might have to make your stay more comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee, etc. along with all of the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher. There is a laundry room for your convenience located in the basement. The living area is a large area with plenty of comfortable seating and one couch that can be used as a bed.
