➤ One parking space is included per unit, with additional street parking available if needed.

➤ This unit is located on the third floor of a three-story building. There are approximately 5 exterior steps to enter the building, followed by two flights of stairs (approximately 20–24 additional steps) to reach the unit, for a total of about 25–29 steps from ground level. As such, these units may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or those who have difficulty using stairs.
