”Place is beautiful”

”They double charged my card, leaving my card negative on vacation. They clearly seen my bank statement and still would not explain CLEARLY what happened. They said i had to check out and pay the remainder balance, which i paid the FULL price the first night and it took out. She (the manager) said it was taking $535 out but when i swiped it took $867 out. I will never stay here again because of this experience. ”Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

”The property was clean and well maintained. The only down side was the statement oh you booked through Expedia you will be in the Annex building out back across the street not in the boardwalk. It was disappointing to say the least. It one thing not to have an ocean view it another to be in a totally separated from the property you viewed.”

”Nice property. Water pressure was low and the toilet seat looked very worn; otherwise it was nice.”

”This area of the boardwalk can be shady at night but if you are about the pool and beach its perfect! The staff made it for us. Flora left us towel animals and she was the sweetest.”

”Staff was very nice and helpful. Got early check in without any issues. Location of the hotel is excellent. So much nearby to walk to and the beach is right there. Breakfast was good to have. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it did have everything stocked well. Overall a great hotel for the price point and location. Would stay again!”

”Everything was great. Only problem was the towels and bed. One out of the two towels there was a stain on it. The next day they changed the towels and there was a lipstick stain on one out of the two still. Noticed the bed is clean and was washed but there was hair on the sheets like stuck. Maybe the dryer needs cleaned.... so I used the cover from my car and slept on top of the covers.”

”they were so strict with having guests over and the room was so small. overall bad experience staying with them will never go back there again. there was no staff in the office or anywhere in the lobby, had to go hunting for them.”

”The staff were amazing!!! Just had to call to get them to come to the office but otherwise our stay was so amazing.”

”Was a little off put from older reviewers of bed bugs, but for me my stay was nice and clean no bugs or anything the pool was great i loved it a lot was very spacious this is a very nice and affordable place to stay at it close to everything with a shopping outlet and the beach is only 7 minutes away definitely would come again.”

”Great family resort. Make sure you bring a kite to fly by the pond. Also there is a two malls across the street and a grocery store around the corner for those in cabins and rooms with kitchenettes. The outdoor pool is nice and for the little ones, there is a separate sprayground. Fresh towels and washcloths were delivered daily.”
