”Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work. Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc. This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!”

”One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

”Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate.”
