”Clean, bright room and sunset view. Property is dated with an aesthetic I can’t quite name - 90’s nightclub chic? Hotel was full of youth sports teams which was quite delightful until it wasn’t. I would never recommend any adult stay here for a restful or respectful stay. Hallways jammed with kids playing tag, the nice outdoor pool (hot tub out of order) was a complete gong show - and this is coming from a parent with young kids.”

”The MET hotel has a bar underneath and by the train station. If you want convenient location this is the place, however the second floor rooms can hear and feel the music downstairs. It was karaoke night Friday, and the singing was not pleasing when you want to sleep and relax on your own. The hotel location has a lot of drunk people or perhaps under the influence. It’s a bit scary to roam around. I checked in late around 8 pm, I requested to be moved in upper level floors and when it wasn’t...

”This was my second time staying at the Best Western Plus Burnaby. It’s located in a highly walkable area near a couple of Korean grocery stores and plenty of restaurants (including KFC, hot pot spots, and boba shops). The staff members were friendly, as usual. Breakfast was served in a different dining room this time, though it offered fewer varieties than before. The facilities were decent.”

”The room was very spacious and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. There was access to a kitchen, dinning table and lounge area. However, everything was poorly clean and maintained. The carpet, some towels, and beddings were worn out and stained. The fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets were dirty. There was mess around, e.g., empty alcohol bottles, deflated balloons in a corner, etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid.”

”My experience in the hotel was perfect, starting from the hospitality, staff, clean rooms, ending with the parking lot, and most importantly the guest room at the entrance which is Cozy, neat and equipped with advanced coffee machine that prepares many hot drinks beverages.
