"Riad was clean and staff friendly but unfortunately the barhroom odour was really bad. We also discovered cockroach in our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food but almost everything was cold. Great location and very quiet. "

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"

"Our room wasnt ready when we checked in 2 hours after the check in time had started. The cleaning service was strange. The cleaning staff did everything in the room in about 3 to 4 turns and just walked in to the room wuthout waiting for us to say anything to do just one thing such as change the soap or bring water. The staff in the hotel was just overall rude and comparing to other hotels during this longer trip in Morocco the service was definitely the worst of all. Our deluxe room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. Our room was also next to the staff elevator which we could hear all the time. There is nothing luxurious or boutique about this hotel. Its a basic hotel so if youre looking for a really nice place to stay this is not it. Hotel is clean and the rooftop bar has good views. Breakfast was ok."
