”We had such great stay with my wife in Riad El Hara. Karima and her team was taking care of us from the first messages until our check out. We got a lot of hints, tips, help with bookings etc. during our visit. We had the relaxing spa experience as well at the premises. ”Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

”The Riad was very nice and comfortable. A couple of things made our review 'only' a 4: The safety box was not bolted to the wall and it was very difficult to open and close. Also the bathroom floor was flooding a bit after every shower. And I would have liked to have an easier access to the mirror or a makeup mirror. ”Central location close to mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room (junior terrace) was spacious and clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and i asked them to make it special and decorate the room which they did in a very basic way, i asked them if they could play happy birthday song at breakfast time for him but they didnt seem to care enough to do it. Overall a good stay apart from that.”
