The swimming pool area was perfect for families and the domaine was only a short stroll to a beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants. The property is on a hill and one swimming pool is harder to reach with a buggy although it is possible, but that may be a consideration for some if you have accessibility requirements. ”This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard.
The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming.
The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious.

”Mezzanotte was superb for a family of 4 with a private pool and wonderful nestled between the vineyards. However, it would have been good to know in advance that cleaning was only once a week, not everyday like in a normal hotel. The cleaning lady forgot to come and clean our villa and we needed to remind about it. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and the food was rather ordinary. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves very much and can truly recommend this place.”
”Das Hotel Palombaggia ist etwas für Urlauber, die kleine Hotels bevorzugen. Es hat nur 9 Zimmer.
Es fehlt aber an nichts. Man kann im großen Pool baden oder an den nur gute 10 Minuten entfernten - tollen - Strand von Palombaggia spazieren. Durch die Lage nahe des Strandes ist der Weg nach Porto Vecchio ein wenig weiter.
Es gibt ein super Frühstück aus vielen lokalen Produkten. Abends kann man sehr lecker im Restaurant essen.
Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die sehr sauber war....
”Lionel et son père nous ont royalement accueilli. Outre le petit dejeuner servi à table, de tres bonne qualité et copieux, ils ont su nous donner de precieux conseils et de bonnes adresses pour flaner ou diner à Porto Vecchio.
Tout au long de notre sejour, ils etaient soucieux que tout se passe bien.
L'endroit est absolument ideal pour se retrouver en amoureux, tres vert et eloigné du bruit exterieur.
