”Convenient hotel with underground parking. Quiet area with no noise during the night. I got some issues with the door key and the invoice but the staff solved them with a smile and positive attitude. Really appreciated.”

”Arrogant service, owner… Safe key did not work so no safe available. Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice… Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms. Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation. Terrace was nice with a sea view. We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service. Not a 5* hotel. Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning. ”

”The stay at Maison Montgrand Marseille Vieux Port was in overall a nice experience. The first receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly but rest of the staff was also really nice. The room was nice size with a french balcony and really nice bathroom. The reception building where the breakfast was served also was a really beautiful. ”Overall a pretty standard hotel experience. We enjoyed the quiet. The room was very compact and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning service also did a good job. It was a shame that the hotel didnt have a restaurant or even a fridge to store food.”
