”This is our favorite property to stay at on the SLC to Boise corridor. It’s quiet, clean and generally is well appointed. This stay we found the front trash overflowing and one of the 2 elevators out of order. We look forward to the fresh cookies welcoming us after a long drive. There were none this time. No matter though, we will continue to stay here in the future. One off day won’t keep us away. ”

”Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.”

The room we had used had been marked as vacant. We are a little concerned as to the meaning of this and the results of our stay.”
