”There AC in our room was broken the TV didn't work the lights blinked they didn't do anything to fix it no refund nothing ”

”Mucho ruido todo el tiempo. Clientes poniendo música alta hasta altas horas de la noche y la administración no hace absolutamente nada. La ducha rota, agua por todo el piso del baño. Limpieza 0. ”

”Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay.”

”The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working ”

”The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.”

”The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. ”

”We didnt use the gym or the pool this trip.”

”Staff were very nice! The rooms were not ready when we arrived after check in time, not too big of a deal but the conditions of the rooms are not great at all! Also there isn’t an elevator! “Breakfast” should have been called a snack! ”

”I liked the remolding and cleanness of the room. But the noise was terrible. I stayed downstairs and whatever was going on upstairs was loud. All day Saturday and Sunday. Somethings be out your control. If they was working on your building, you could at least warn me. I have stayed here before and it was nothing like this. ”

”Property is dated. The furniture in the lobby (breakfast area) is very dirty. The staff, OUTSTANDING!!!😎”
