”It was advertised as a new property, but was obviously refurbished. There were scuff marks and paint chips and sloppy finishing work.
The other issue was the noise. The pounding, bumping and banging from the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants.”

”This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments.
The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.”

”2 nights at this motel, 2 different rooms. The first one was great. The 2nd one was room 245 and has some issues. Water damage on the ceiling near the window. Some of the outlets are worn so they don't stay plugged in especially the ones in the nightstand lamp where you need to plug in your phone. The shower head is very wobbly and should be secured.”
