”The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

”Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. ”

”First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.”

”Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!”
