”This is an old resort that needs some serious maintenance and renovations. The rooms have been somehow renovated but the bathroom needed a lot more attention (dirty & damaged). The golf course (Campeon) used to be one of the top in Florida but is now in terrible shape showing a lack of maintenance and budgets for a long time.
