”Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). Upon arriving at 10:30 pm we were notified that there was a software update in their system, and they could not tell us if we had a room or not. After Front Desk attendant checked a few rooms, we were told no room was available. Reflects poor management, poor IT support. If you’re running a national Brand hotel chain, I would expect more proactive management practices.”

”This had to be the worst places we have ever stayed as far as the upkeep of the hotel. There was no upkeep. The staff, however, was very nice. It was basically a derelict building with signs stating it was going to be rezoned. The doors didn’t work properly, we got locked out of our room twice. The second time it took nearly two hours to get back in and we had to change the time of our dinner reservations. They changed us to a larger “suite” which was not any better than the original...
